Molding Machine Operator (Job Code 1310)
The chosen candidate's will be directly responsible for maintaining high levels of quality production. Examples of duties include:
 | Remove molded parts from chute and visually inspects parts for specified defects, or may open safety door and hand remove part and inspect, reactivate molding machines by closing safety. |
| Clip parts off runners with plastic clippers or break parts off runners by hand if necessary. |
| Trim excessive flash. |
| Identify cartons with data requested, seals, cartons with tape when instructed. |
| Unload granulators |
Shift Supervisor (Job Code 1115)
The chosen candidate will oversee molding production and post molding operations performed on his/her shift.
(Please specify shift availability). Examples of duties include:
| Keeping job efficiencies and machine utilization at maximum levels possible. |
| Make daily assignments for all Molding Machine Operators. |
| Perform routine mold repairs such as removal of stuck parts, re-start frozen-off jobs, routinely wipe parting line surfaces of molds. |
| Oversee Material Handlers |
| Discipline infractions of company rules including termination of Molding Machine Operators and Material Handlers, in extreme cases. |
| Make simple molding machine repairs. |
| Oversee that shift personnel clean their immediate work areas by the end of their shift. |
| Oversee the training of new employees. |
| Answer employees job related questions. |
